Pennsylvania PI Bonds
A $10,000 PA Private Investigator Bond (PA PI Bond) is required to be filed with the Pennsylvania county court that has jurisdiction over where a Pennsylvania private investigator intends to work.
In the State of Pennsylvania, Private Investigators are allowed to locate missing people, track and trace an individual’s whereabouts, conduct research for divorce and custody hearings, and assist with investigations for insurance companies.
The PA PI Bond is intended to protect the PI’s client in the event that they do not complete their assignment.
